when does fico scores get updated i had a bankruptcy deleted and a incorrect credit card that wasn't mine off my report it had a ($2,000)charge on it.and i don't see no change in my score.

Generally FICO score gets updated automatically when the negative items goes off from your credit report. I think that you should wait for this month and pull out your score again. You will definitely find some improvement in your credit score.
