I have a reposession on my credit report that i have been faithfully making payments on for the last couple years.I am now in a position to offer a lump sum amount.Does anyone have a sample letter for this?
this is too individual to look for a sample letter. I would just make an offer to settle. keep it less than you are willing to pay so there is room to negotiate.
Cinnamngrl is right. Your's is too individual a problem to use a sample letter for writing a letter to the collection attorney. You should rather try to write one yourself. Mention your situation clearly, your ability to make the lump sum payments.
