Subject: london underground summon

i was caught by revenue inspector at tube station and i am using 2-4 zone pass and travelling through 1 zone without paying charge it is for 2 months...so that they has issued me summons and appear to present in court...this is my mistake and i am ready to pay penalty.....what should i do...

this thread is a little old but thought i'd chime in and say i i answered a summons from Unified,they sued for 4,700. i used the howtoansweracreditcarddebtlawsuit site to help put my defenses together and they dropped the case. I'm so excited!!!!
