I think it's a Visa account opened in conjunction with a Macy's account.

Educated guess:
Visa Department Store National Bank

I think it is Macy's VISA credit card which is issued by Department Stores National Bank. You can call at this number and contact them - 1-866-593-2543.

More than likely it is a visa credit card, if you get a copy of your equifax report i believe or experian one of those 2 should provide you with the address of the company that it is being reported from and most of the time the phone number, however when companys show names like this it means that it has been passed on to a collection agency as an account that couldnt be resolved directly you should send in a request to validate debt and the actual comapny should show up after that I suggest in order to get it removed send in a pay-for-delete letter most of the time when an account is in collections the collection agency only gets paid literally pennies per dollar they collect so if you decide to send in a pay-for-delete letter offer 25% of what is actually owed most of the time they will accept because they see it as the only way to resolve and close the account.

I opened a macy's account and little did I know an adjacent VISDSNB account which someone charged 3000.oo on. My other creditors lowered my credit before I even knew the account existed. The 10% discount was definetly not worth it.
