I have a WF business cc with a maxed out limit of $121,000. Cannot make pmts, what to do. Will they negotiate a settled for less than owed?

That is a great amount, I am not sure what they will do, I have read on the debt forum where they have sued for much less. You may want to go to the debt forum and see what they have to say about this. I wish you luck with this.

Hi steve
You can contact Wells Fargo and ask them for a repayment agreement so that you can pay off the debt. If the amount you mentioned is the principle amount only without interest charges, then there is a very little chance for you to get a reduction on the outstanding debt amount. However, they may agree for a repayment plan. However, if you do not contact them immediately, they may sue you to the court and bring judgment against you which may badly affect your score.
