I have been called by this 1-888-265-5074 several times my bank at the time of the loan stated that this was paid and I closed my account months later I get a call from Carol Harris and she states my bank did not tell me the truth there was only a deduction of 90.00 but I know this is not correct because this is the reason my account closed. Then about 1 year later calls came in to my Human Resources dept at work and to me I had my dad call and leave his information for them to be paid the 380.00 and now they tell me the message was deleted. Today 10-29-09 a Mr. Rothrock at the same number different ext#4513 called and I explained to him I was at the hospital with my sister who just had a brain biopsy and is really sick and tried to explain about the earlier situation and that I needed to make sure these funds were not being taken from my dad's account he told me he did not care about my sister being sick and that had nothing to do with my finances which it does because I have been out of work but anyway like I told him God works and my sister is lending me the funds until I get the money order from my Father if they did not keep his info to use later. He also said he had banking information on me which I do not have an account are they allowed to research your life like that even if they know they have been paid prior but my sister said to just pay them and pray and God will work it all out.

why would anyone take out a loan online? who gives there checking account info over the phone? all this frustration has been caused only by you-the debtor.

Carol,

No, payday loan companies DO NOT report to the credit agencies....unless you don't pay them back.

So, not only to pay very high rates (over 400%) does not have the opportunity to build your credit score and you have a good chance of damaging your credit score even more.

In principle, there is not enough time between when you borrow money and pay it back when the credit rating agencies to calculate the credit for the story, so do not remove them, even if the reconstruction of your mind .
