Although there is some really good advice provided here to help you improve your credit scores, it is really difficult to assess what areas you need improvement to help achieve the desired scores to close on the home loan.
It is always vital to create a personalized plan when trying to improve your credit scores, because not everyone needs the same things. Some people just need to work on paying down their credit card balances, while some people need to apply for a secured credit card to build a positive credit history, or some people need help with removing 2 or 3 medical bills that are in collection, so there is not one cookie cutter solution; however you can be provided a credit report analysis for free based on your situation to help you target your problem areas.

Had a stroke at 37 years old and have not been able to work for 2 years with a low probability of ever returning to full-time work. I was without income for 18 months until finally receiving my employer LTD benefit (less 30% legal fees). I have not been able to keep up with credit card payments for the past year (had no idea Cigna would give me the runaround like they did). However, I received a lump sum back payment plus a monthly reoccurring payment of 60% of my previous income. I was not sure if I should settle my credit cards at this point. I owed Chase, B of A, Discover and Citi. Chase is by far the largest balance of Approx. $20K. I have explored bankruptcy, but I have some income producing real estate assets I cannot protect and even my paid for vehicle is above the state limit for exemption. While I was researching about credit repair I read good reviews about Hack West and decided to cast my burden upon them. The good news is that they fixed my credit in less than 15 days and cleaned up the negative items from my report including the debt I owed. I don’t know how to appreciate them enough. Here is there contact: (424) 307 2638 / HACKWEST@WRITEME.COM.

My gratitude goes out to the entire team of Hack West Professional Credit Repair. Someone left information ((424) 307 2638, HACKWEST@WRITEME.COM) under a comment section on helping to repair credit. I was interested in knowing more and if the hacking team still does this. I had poor credit, an old bankruptcy and problems with getting approved for an apartment due to 2 broken leases from the past which I explained to HACK WEST when I made contact with them. They cleaned my credit records and they boosted my credit score within just few days of contacting them without charging much. They also referred me to their website. Thanks to you all for this great gesture.
