I recieve letter in mail to appear in Superior Court on an arraignment. How can I find out what the charges are

Hi roxyanne,

Welcome to this community.

Arraignment is an official reading of charges against a person. This also allows the one charged to put up his plea. However, to know what are the charges against you, you can visit the court where the case has been filed. There you can request the court clerk to provide you with the details of the case.

Thanks,

Aaron
