Been There, Done That (Lawsuit)

Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening (for whatever time you have taken the time to read this email).

Have you ever been sued? I was sued in small claims court and lost. No the determining factors are: 1) Do I want to file an appeal or 2) Do I want to countersue. I personally believe that I never had a chance entering into that courtroom and doing either of the above is a waste of my time. I'm sure you're probably wondering why. I figure it is a waste of my time for the following reasons. First, I cannot not afford a lawyer and not certain on what grounds I could file since I lost as the defendent. And Second, I would be going right back to the same courthouse and what are the odds that I would get the same judge (possibly an automatic loss again).

Should I reconsider (let me hear from you)? Share you lawsuit stories.

Hi Only,

Whether you can counter sue or not depends on why you were sued. I need to know the details of your judgment, why was it filed, who filed it against you. Can you give me the details? Only then will I be able to help you.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Aaron
