I paid off (in full) debts to the original creditior. After pay off I found out debts were sold the same month to a cr collection agency. Orig creditor did not notify coll agency of the payments so collection agency shows i was late making payments to them the month of payment in full and two subsequent months. In re the cr colletion agency.. i never received any notice from them except a phone call, which i ref them back to the orig debtr, of the debt.
How can i get this scrubbed from my credit report(s)?
