Ok I wrote the bureaus using the 623 and I have gotten thesecletters from the creditors saying we investigated the account was yours. We found you made payments on this date and this date using our online system.
The other says they Need my help in taking care of the dispute. They want ID, records of the original account before being transferred to the collection agency.
My understanding of the law says they have to provide proof not just a latter stating you had an account or start requesting info from you.
