Ask credit questions ...i bought a cellphone on contract in september from X-cell communications.the phone was faulty and i phoned the company and was told to send the phone back ,which i did in October,2010.as from november i am pleading with them to replace my phone.they give me only airtime monthly but the contract is not for airtime but for both.
my question is how can i cancel this contract because this company is for crooks. there is a Nicolene working at repairs department who is a liar in everything she tells you. Sales Manger not known tried to help me but he also failed because he last said they are going to phone me but nothing happened up to now.
