I borrowed $2000 from a friend. I missed the court hearing and now he wants a list of all personal property. I don't own anything. No house, no bank accounts. I'm not working right now either and not receiving unemployment. Further more I have still not received my court papers in the mail. I did a change of address at the court house a week after the court hearing and still have got nothing. Its been 3 weeks since the hearing. I know all this info because he text and told me. I have worked something out with my mom on paying him back but he seems more interested in getting the info on my car. He said he wont talk to me about payments until I give him my car info. My mom is a co signer on the car and the loan is not paid off yet. Can he legally take my car and sell it? All the payments have been made through my moms bank account. What should I do? Can I get in trouble for not giving him this information yet? Whats the first thing I should do? Thank you for any advice
