Are they just operating illegally in every state?

Just curious, are these companies (United Cash Loans, One click, Ameriloan, etc.) licensed to lend anywhere? Or are they just operating illegally in every state they "lend" to? How would I find out if they are licensed in NY?

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal all over the state of US. Moreover payday lending is prohibited in NY. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Simply close down your bank account to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t share any personal information with them.

besides all of those three you mentioned are tribal,and affiliated(though they deny it).
