I had a loan with GRC (Same as LoanPointUSA) and I live in Wisconsin. On a 400 loan, I paid a total of 1560 back. Would I be entitled to any refund?

Loan Point USA is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You owe them only the principal balance. As you have already paid them more than principal, so ask them for the refund. But it fully depends on your lender discretions whether or not to return back your money. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
