I currently have 4 pdl, one internet and 3 store front totalling 2700.00 I am so tired of my family going without and barely paying my bills. I must end this now, but I can not afford to pay anyone to help me with my mess that I have made financially. From the postings that I have read, I need to close out my acct. and write letters explaining my situation and how much I will be able to afford monthly or bi-weekly. Someone please help.
What state do you live in? Are your lenders licensed in your state? If yes, then you are liable to pay both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your licensed lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them. But if they are illegal, then you owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
