You guys may want to check out this thread: http://www.walletpop.com/blog/search/?q=payday+loans
Seems like the state officials are tired of these pdl people and are starting to do something about it. According to those articles W.Virginia and NY (maybe other states) are making these companies pay back the customers. It gives good ammo to other states looking to do the same thing!

There are ALOT more states 'fighting' this PDL thing. I know we've ALL fallen into the 'PDL trap'. But...we ALL have had financial issues. It's difficult to 'fight back', at times.

Looks like "Jaded" has used restructurepayday.com with success. Has anyone else ever used this company and had success?

No you wont face criminal charges. Its a debt for goodness sake. The ones put in jail should be the pay day loan companies. They are putting thousands of people in debt per day and they are feeding off of those that are hurting for money. If you dont have the money then who thinks they will have it later. We need to stop these companies. A complete boycot of them would be the best. if we stop giving them food they will go away. All they can do is give you a warrant in debt. Maybe a judgement later on. Ive had some try judgments but they dont show up in court so the judge has thrown them all out. They are hoping you dont show.

You're correct!! They NEED to be stopped!!! So many are illegal and SO many will never 'work with you'. ALOT of them are overseas so, even if 'we' wanted to do something about them, I don't know how we could...out o 'juridiction' (that kind of thing).

Subject: PDL LOANS

I took a $500. + $75. loan from PDL loans and they were to take the entire amount owed from my next paycheck. Well they started taking $150 every paycheck for "interest". I didn't notice they were doing this until they were at $650! What kind of a rip off place is this???? At that rate I would never pay them off. I had to put a stop payment on the automatic deduction from my bank, so they would stop robbing me. I have now paid more that what I owed them. They are calling me and harassing me. They've gotten more than what I borrowed, what more do they want from me?? It's probably a good idea to close my account.
Don't ever borrow money from these shady loan places!!!

I had "several" online payday loans AND loans through local payday store lenders at one time and had no choice but to file bankruptcy. A lot of these payday lenders are really not in the United States, and now Native American Tribes are getting into the game and probably operate and fall out of any state or federal guidelines. Best payday loan company is Moneytree.

Still to not get Dates

dating on the internet or in traditional settings is never easy. EHarmony is a popular dating site heavily advertises how great they are at putting people seeking for love together. The extensive profile on eHarmony is more extensive than some competing sites has to be filled out completely. The answers that are given makes it much simpler to attract the type of partner that is desired. Members who definitely have a earnings of $200,000 or more each year were surveyed. EHarmony found that you've a clear demand for improving their odds at finding love by getting additional help. in real life no one would pay for a wing man, in particular $5,000 eHarmony will fill bother.

The algorithms within the questionnaires in eHarmony that work to bring like minded people together. figure and chemistry are the focus instead of only looks. The counselor would build up to eHarmoney members through video Skype or telephone. No one wants to work hard to build the quality and other aspects of their life, And latamdatereviews.wordpress.com have no one required to share it with.

A human touch through a counselor is a lot like matchmaking services of years past. When that is with the already in place tools to find a like minded mate. EHarmonies monthly memberships is $60 for members actively seeking relationships. This add on service of course is projected to be productive for eHarmony.

Online love is a growing way to find a partner that is works with marriage. Spending time to go through profiles is like the time investment of finding where available partners are and getting up the courage to speak to a new love interest. It an investment of money and time to find the right person, $2 a day to acquire singles through a dating website is convenient and affordable for people of all income levels. The new service offering from eHarmony is obviously not for the majority of its members who do not have the disposable income or luxury of personal help while navigating online dating.
