Subject: The BBB report.

Hi nuyen,

The Credit Alliance Company did not get a BBB accreditation because it has many complaints against it regarding dissatisfaction with their services by their customers. They have even misinterpreted results about their debt negotiation program. The customers complain that they have an increase in debt after consulting the Credit Alliance Company.

The company offers to resolve their customers’ complaints by offering refunds or referring to Client Services Agreement for explanation.

We were trying to get a debt consolidation company to help us get out of debt and all they have done is dig our accounts deeper. They have not contacted anyone. They make promises whenever they feel like it. None of our accounts have been paid off and we have been doing this for over a year. We are into them for more money then I want to mention and now we are being sued by our creditors because they never contacted them. Don't use them. This company is scam from the beginning and they don't care about customer service either.

I happened to get a call from the alliance group and they verified my information. I had recently taken out a loan and the alliance group helped me pay off some bad checks that happened to be taken out of my closed bank account. Since then, all of the annoying phone calls have stopped from other debt companies. I really like their service and I had no problems.

I've been enrolled in the program since 2009 and some of the creditor debts have been settled but not nearly as should be in my estimation. I've had to call them recently and inquire why they have not negotiated with any of the other debts since April. I was told they would see if they could settle on one of the smaller credit debts.

My concern is this, if the money is available, what's the hold up why do I have to call them to request this.
I would like to know from a member what happens if you want out?

I have asked for months for information about the money they are taking out of our account and where it has gone, they never send it... Then on top of that when I start asking ALOT of questions they say I am being rude and uncooperative!! They jsut hung up on me!! I am filing multiple complaints with BBB and AG!! It is so sad I am sure we will NEVER see our money again... too bad we can not write ir off to charity...

We had many medical bills. We turned to credit alliance to help us. Every month they took our money. We within a year had judgements on us and had to keep paying the judgements or we were going to get our paychecks garnished. Then about two years later after they kept on telling us that they had to save a certain amount for a fund for us and they got their fees they started sending out these faxes to the creditors we had listed. We never saw who they were paying just sending these faxes. Much to our suprise they had all the accounts we already had paid in judgements. Just didn't catch it because we were paying collection companies. The accounts were the ones that we turned into credit alliance that went to collections while in there care. We started calling and emailing. Got excuses o"our accounting dept looking into this" If you quit we do not refund your money" etc etc. Then when we got frustrated with the lame excuses and unproffesional responses, they started to accuse us of being abbrasive and threating. DO NOT USE THEM. THE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT RESEARCH THE ACCOUNTS YOU GIVE THEM TO HANDLEE AND DO NOT PAY THE ACCOUNTS. THEY ARE GOOD ABOUT ONE THING TAKING YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FAITHFULLY EVERY MONTH.

CAG told me I have paid all my agent fees and everything else goes into my escrow. I had a falling out with them about being dishonest with me, and now they won't send the money in escrow that is MINE back to me. You also don't get phone calls. If they don't want to admit they told you something wrong on the phone, they won't call you. They can't face you so they email you.

I have been with them for about 4 years. About 2 years ago I did not hear from them anymore and I have sent faxes, emails and calls to them for info on what was going on with my account. I have been sued 2 times since then. I finally had enough today and went to my bank for help to get them off my pocket book. The bank decided I was Ok to stop auto-pay to them and in the process found out they are being investigated by the Federal Attorney Generals office. Looks like they are out of business as none of their phone nos. are working at all.

Competence is one thing we don’t need to undermine. Adomscreditrepair at Cyberservices dot Com has proofed to be competent, reliable and trustworthy. Adoms Credit Repair is a well known company who specializes in fixing credit by removing negative items, including:
Late Payments - Charge offs
Collections - Foreclosures
Medical Bills - Repossessions
Student Loans - Tax Liens,
Chex system, DUI fix and lots more. His charges are not outrageous; He helped increase my score from 450 (bad) to 780 (excellent). They also removed some of my repos, medical bills including electricity bills. Adoms is just the best.

Hello Guys this is how i fixed my credit, I was suffering online for ideas and by chance i came across COLE on a blog site where mailed him COLE.FRANK@CYBERSERVICES.COM +1 917 265 9369 and he gave a quick reply and i explained my Credit Situation to him he collected my info and told me to give him a space of one week he would rebuild my credit and at the end of the week he pulled my report and sent me a copy to verify and to my surprise he did an excellent job on my report am very Grateful to Cole for putting much in helping me out with my Credit Issues contact him today for similar issues Have a nice day.
