I cannot get my credit report. They say i have to pay $$. Why so? Am I not supposed to get a free report every year?

Hi Greg,

When did you last pull out your credit report? It is possible that you have already taken out a credit report that was due for this particular year. So for a second one you have to pay that small amount.

Did you ask for your credit score? This might be the fee for that as well.

Hi Greg,

A small fee is always levied while pulling out the credit report.
When did you last pull out your credit report?

Keep us informed

Hi,

Its true that you will be asked to pay a nominal fee for the services of the Credit Bureau. Even I had to pay $5.30 for the first report in one calender year and henceforth $7.95 for each new pull.

You keep us posted...
Mary

But the site asks questions and whenever I answer I get reply as wrong answer. I answer to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks

When I used it, I was given the option to have something mailed to the address they had on file for me (which is my correct addy), which then allowed me to view the CR, online. The same thing was happening to me.

Possibly he is entering some wrong data.

Greg find it out once again please. May be you entered some incorrect numbers. Just recheck before you enter.

Good Luck
