BOA closed an account and put share fraud on the EWS I am just understanding all of this.... They did this before I gave them documentation. Their risk dept is very difficult to deal with and I have contacted the branch managers who are not willing to reopen account even though I've given them letters from the banks showing fault regarding checks submitted and BOA only submits once. Should I send in the dispute for EWS without speaking to a lawyer? what happens to open credit and accounts? This is a tragedy... help
I have 5 charged off student loans. I have been paying them off through debt collecting service, but I didn't know if there was a way to remove this off my credit history when paid in full. I have some money coming in next month that will help me clear some loans, so I am hoping to start the process of fixing my credit. These loans went into charge off in the beginning of the year, but I recently found out and started handling them. Your advice would be much appreciated.
Hi, I was awarded a small claims judgement against someone that is unemployed and only receiving monies from a GI bill. If I issue a writ of execution to garnish someones bank account will it be able to garnish the account if the only monies available are the ones that were issued from their GI bill (GI bill is direct deposited every month)? Also, the person deposited a money order from me a couple of months ago, can the bank take that deposit into consideration as income if they are unwilling to give me money from the persons GI bill deposits?
