Do I actually have a foreclosure on my credit report? My chapter 7 BK was discharged 7/10/07. My credit scores are in the Mid 650 range. The actual information reported on my credit report is as follows:

My Equifax reads: Chase Manhattan Mortgage - status: Account included in bankruptcy; type of loan-conventional Re Mortgage; Whose account-joint account; Additional info- BK chapter 7
Experian reads: Type-Mortgage; Terms-2 years; Responsibility- joint; credit limit-$89,000; High Balance-$0; Recent Payment-$0; Account History- Debt included in Chapter 7 Bk 7/10/07; Status-Status:
Discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7/Never late.
Status Details:
This account is scheduled to continue on record until Nov 2013.
This item was verified on Dec 2008 and remained unchanged.
Account History:
Debt included in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on July 10, 2007
Transunion Account - They deleted this account from my report. It no longer reported

A discharged Chapter 7 bankruptcy stays on your credit report for seven to ten years and cannot be removed before this period, because bankruptcy falls under public records. However, if the credit bureaus remove it from the report, like TransUnion did, it is their wish. But under normal circumstances, it should stay in all the reports for seven years i.e, till 2014.
