I just recieved a notice from Palisades. The letter was addressed with my maiden name. (I've been married for 13 years).
I have not a clue what the debt is about or even if it is mine. Should return letter with 'no one at this address' on the envelope Or, send a Debt Vavlidation letter that as suggested in some of the posts on this site?
To be on the safer side, You should ask for credit validation letter.
Once you are sure that it does not belogn to you, you cna dispute the same
