how do I get a loan to increase credit score

credit score is 700 on one bureau and between 660-690 on the other two major bureau. went to purchase a bedroom suite and was denied credit. when pullin my report it said i dont have enough credit and my credit was between poor and fair. I have paid of all debts and have a 300 dollar credit card open and a 2000 relvoving acccount that is paid on time monthly.

Generally the score needed to buy a home ranges from 660 to 700, but it depends also on the economic health of the country. In the time of bad economy, you may need to have a score of 750.

However, to improve credit score, you need to maintain your timely payments. Along with this you need to pay off your various bills timely, as these too are considered while calculating one' score. It is also better to pay off the debt in greater amount. Moreover, it is better to avoid any other credit cards and loans, as these can lower your score.
