I have several collections accounts with General Revenue Corporation with some student loans that have since, been consolidated with another company are being paid as current.

General Revenue is reporting the accounts that have been consolidated as unpaid.

I might be wrong, but if I consolidated with another company and accounts are current, shouldn't the collecitons accounts with general revenue be listed as paid? I did check this is the same loan.

Can this be disputed? How should it be disputed type of letter? who should i contact to dispute General Revenue Corp, SAllie Mae, ???

I've attempted to send General Reveue Corporation a certified letter to the address listed on my credit reports and letter was returned as undeliverable.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Ericks,

If you are paying, then your account should be reported as current. As you are paying it through a debt consolidation company, they are supposed to handle all your debt problems. So first talk to them about this.

However, if you want, you can send a dispute letter to the credit bureaus. You can get a sample dispute letter at http://www.creditmagic.org/repair/dispute-letter.html .

The address for General Revenue Corporation Headquarters is
11501 Northlake Drive
Cincinnati, OH 45249-1643

United States Phone: 513-469-1472.

Hope this helps.
