Hello,
Some one cloned my original card into a new one, and used it. I had used the card in only one store I had questioned the manager of that store, but he said that he knew nothing of this. Is it possible to copy a card without the original one? What can I do? :(

Hi Mabel,
I don't think that a card can be cloned without the original one. The person who did this, must have copied your card number and pasted it on a false card. What you need to do is contact the bank which issued the card, and talk to them about this.
