Hello i just got some legal papers from wells fargo stating they will take me to court. Now what do I do? I have so many bills tp pay, im pregnant, and need all the money i can get. Cna the court still take all of my money?
Who is contacting you Wells Fargo or a Collection agency? If it is a different address than your bank then it may be collection.

Can you give more details on your debts? You can try settling the debt with Wells Fargo. Settlement can lower the outstanding debt amount. What is the status of this account on your credit report? Try negotiating the a debt settlement before they can sue you.
However, before you can try to settle this debt, send them a debt validation letter. This will give you some time to talk to them, and avoid the judgment.
