how can a person make the owner of the company pay for damages? they damaged my property. The damages resulted in $2091.00
I can't garnishe his wages so what can I do. It might be hopeless to get an attorney because then the person might file bankruptcy. Any suggestions as to what might happen

do you have all your credit reports?
what state are you in?
what is the original creditor and the name of the CA?
what is the date of first delinquency? 30 days after last payment

The same happened to one of my known personality, a company was building Plaza and were digging the land and it damaged his whole house as well.

He just went for the prime minister and I think that construction company paid him for this.

Henry, if you could have provided the details on this case, it would have been much helpful for other members and guests in this community. However, can such cases be taken to the Prime Minister?
