See, there are some collectors who buy junk leads from your creditors. This CA might stop calling you once you send them a letter via CMrrr asking them not to call you any more. Now, all they can do is to sell it off to another CA, and you'll again have to send a cease letter to them. Why don't you settle it for $20? I'm sure they'll accept such a settlement if they've purchased it for 10 cents. Make sure you get everything in writing and don't allow them to access your bank account.
