What can I do when I'm trying to negotiate with the bank for a modification loan specifically with wells Fargo, but every month I made our payment, but in the middle of our negotiation put me in trial period and now they said I'm in listing for florclosure also send a report ot our credit report by RELS Credit.
Please someone can help us.

of in;s and out's all lender's have their own set of rule's. I have
