I am a 100% disabled veteran living in Kansas city who has fallen into the pdl trap. I have accounts with Plain green, CashnetUSA, One Click, USFastcash, Advance America, Cash Central, Checksmart, Cashcall. I am getting to a point where I'm falling behind.....if I can no longer make my payments can these companies garnish my VA Disability, Social Security, and or my bank accounts?

Welcome to the forums!!!
No they can’t garnish your VA Disability and Social Security, since it is exempted from garnishment. But they can sue you because of non-payment of debt, if the lenders are licensed in your state. Once the court issues an order against you, licensed lenders can garnish your bank accounts. But illegal lenders can’t take any legal action against you.

You need to do an ACH revocation, which basically prohibits the PDL from taking anymore payments from your account. Then close your account and open a new one. Illegal lenders CAN attempt to sue you...you would simply use the defence that the loan is unlicensed, tribal etc and the judge will dismiss. However the liklihood of them trying is almost nil.
