Who will pay for Judgement cost?The Creditor or....

I want to know that Who will pay for the Judgment costs? The person whom is in debt and cant pay it or the Creditor?
My next question is; how much is the Judgment costs?

As far as I know, the costs of judgment is generally paid by the debtor if the creditor wins the case. In most cases, the creditor includes all the late fees, the interest charges and the court fees etc in the judgment amount while he sues the borrower to the court. Now, the fees required to file a case is somewhere around $100.
