I got a loan for $750 from cashnetusa. I am in texas. I soon lost my job and was unable to payback my loan. Now I am getting phone calls from someone claiming to be a lawyer. I just need to know is there anything legally or criminally that can be done to me if I don't pay them?

Debts are civil case, not a criminal offense. So they can’t send you to jail or you can’t get arrested for non-payment of debt. Cash net usa is a licensed lender, so in this case they can file a lawsuit against you because of nonpayment. That’s why it would be better for you to negotiate with your lender and set up a payment arrangement with them.
