Hi Sukhipatiala
Even if they took your insurance information, it was not a written conversation and so you do not have any proof. You send a debt validation letter along with your insurance details by certified mail. Wait for 30 days after they have received your mail. I think they will not be able to validate the debt. If they cannot validate your debt, send them a dispute letter by certified mail to the CRAs asking them that you do not agree with the listing. I think the listing will be removed from the credit report

Your credit score has fallen by over 150 points for just 490$. I think that there may be some other listings too along with the NCO MEDCLR listing, which has collectively affected your credit score so much. If you have sent the insurance documents earlier and have the proof, dispute the listing directly with the CRAs. Else you may sent a written request to NCO MEDCLR along with your insurance documents and request them to remove the listing.

I also agree that you need to pull your CS from the 3 CRAS b/c that drop is a bit to large... If I were you I would call your insrance company and see if they did payment and if possible get a reciept. I would then call the OC and explain the issue to them and see if they could help you since it is a paperwork error on their part.

Just for 490$, a fall in credit score of about 151 points is what I too think is a bit large. You contact your insurance company and see whether they have already paid or not. If they have paid, get that in writing and then dispute the listing with the CRAs. If the insurance company has not paid them, try to come to a PFD to get the listing removed as soon as you pay back the debt.

Just for $525.00,a fall in credit score from 824 to 200 for a medical bill that nco-mdclr put on my record. I did not know from where they got that information because I had never seen by any doctor or ambulance services even those I work for the City of NY and have insurance for all my medical needs. this bill damage my credit a lot and I never received a bill. I do not know who is the original debtor.

Hi Mercedes,

Did you receive any collection calls for the debts in question? I am sure the name of the creditor or a collection agency (CA), will be mentioned on your credit report, against the medical accounts. You should send a "Debt Validation Letter" to the collection agency. Sent the letter via certified mail with a return receipt requested. You will have to wait for the CA to reply, with proof of the amount of debt that is due. They shall also provide you with the medical bills signed by you, if the debt accounts actually belongs to you.

In case the CA is unable to provide you with the documents I have mentioned, you should send a "Dispute Letter" to the credit bureaus. You must enclose a copy of the "Debt Validation Letter", and mention in the "Dispute Letter" that the CA has not been able to validate the debt. The credit bureaus will investigate the matter. If they are unable to verify the debt accounts as yours, they'll delete it from your credit report. If you require a sample "Dispute Letter", you will find one in the Letters of Credit section.

Good luck to you

You have a credit card listed on my report that is wrong. I do not own a credit card and you people have it on my report for some reason. I am tired of people thinking that i am lying. I wish you would fix it cause this is really starting to piss me off.
