As far as I know, just being late for a few days would not affect your credit score much if you pay it back with late fees. But if you are late for 30 days or more, it may adversely affect your credit score and your score may fall by as much as 50 to 100 points.

Subject: 20 days delinquent with mortgage payment

Got a call from Wells Fargo today. They are asking for payment. They mentioned late fees. I am awaiting loan modification. They asked if I can pay $500 (mortgage payment is $1,019) I am at 7%, unemployed, no health insurance, husband is 76 and is a part time cashier at supermarket. My unemployment compensation was exhausted April 1st. Now, I cannot pay, September payment. They are asking if anyone can help me out. They are just interested in their money. I told them that a loan modification would help me enormously. What is their problem. I would love to get employment.

Hi,

Generally lenders tend to work out when it gets impossible for you to make payments. It is always better for them to get atleast some money. Did not they agree to a loan modification? I think you should send them a loan modification letter through certified mail, requesting a return receipt.

Thanks,

Aaron

I recently tried to get a loan modification through GMAC, I took the loan out in Nov. 2011. During my tax preparation, I noticed that I would have to lower my exemptions due to a child graduating from high school, Bush tax breaks expiring, and that my income would be slight lowered by about $300.00 a month. After a month and starting to struggle; their response was (basically) you have not been struggling long enough. What is going on in AMERICA with our banking system. Personally, I can afford my mortgage if was amorized at 25 or 30 yrs vise 15. Any help out there, I am a 12 yr VET USAF.

Hello everyone, recently I had issues with my FICO scores and I have worked in the past with Lexington law and MSI credit. They removed some items but I still had some derogatory and collection accounts, which took them months before they could do just the little they did, I decide to seek help somewhere else, then i saw lots of reviews about CS repairs, computer.surgeon @ outlook. com, he appeared in most of the reviews i came across and so i took the best step decided to email him. He responded and introduced himself . We got talking and he explained his Credit Repair/Score process in a pragmatic way and I was convinced to work with him. After some couple of days, he called me and asked me to go online and check my profile that the job was done and ready to use. When I checked, I noticed my score has gone up to 829 from 360 with all the derogatory and collection account deleted, i was surprised the way he handle the work smoothly, I had to introduced my husband to him so he can fix his credits too, which he did a great job, this was how i was confused by him, i didn't hesitate to give his contact to my friends too cos i wouldn't lick anybody in my click to have credit issues, I strongly recommend COMPUTER.SURGEON @ OUTLOOK for any form of Credit issues.

I have a story to tell. My husband and I needed credit repair, so we contacted this hacker, we explained to him about all the negative items on our report (around 9 negative items) on my report with total debt of around $21,000. He stated to me: Yes! I can fix it in 10 days! I was excited! Now my husband’s credit had 15 negative items and 3 positive items. His total debt was around $47,000. After analyzing both credit he stated we can correct both within 30 days! I was excited. It’s been 7 years the last time we had good credit. It was difficult for me to believe. Well we got around to the cost of credit repair. When I asked he told me our price but I will receive a discount if both (H&W) start credit repair at the same time. After the 45 days had passed and he provided the finished jobs the least score were 752. Both my husband and I introduced him to our close colleagues and friends. He is very efficient and thorough type of person, asides from being elite, if he works for you; you never have to worry about anything backfiring…. It is permanent; touch base with him (THECREDITWIZARD at WRITEME dot COM / +1 972-534-5519). I am saying all this here because I don’t think anyone deserves to miss the train; Or won’t you want to end the bad credit?
