Member Graph: what is it all about?

Submitted by Seth on Thu, 10/05/2006 - 09:03

This is a graph based platform to discuss credit progress.

Steps:

  • John adds his score for experian, equifax and transunion for last few months. He keeps updating the score time to time.
  • A graph is plotted for each bureau.
  • For each significant increase or decrease John can add the reason which then becomes a topic for discussion. Here people learn from each increment or decrement to understand the effect of various transactions. Community discuss the members graph and offers instant helps for improvement.

This was just a summary for the new member graph section. With time we will be adding more FAQs for this section.

In case of any query please reply to this topic.

I am starting to tell mine that some of his little projects are on hold until I get my kitchen done.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 01:44 Permalink

What is on the kitchen agenda? I would like to lay a slate floor in mine. The linoleum is looking rather old. Other than that I am really happy with it. It is the main reason I agreed to get this home...

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 01:47 Permalink

I took down a wall and opened up a room off the kitchen, I am putting in counter space, much needed counter space. I would love slate, but I want to use the same tile that I used in my kitchen to make the transition flow more neatly, so I am going to try and buy the same tile.

It has really opened it up, there is much more natural light now. The only problem is the dry wall dust, I will be cleaning it for months to come. Hate it.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 01:57 Permalink

Oh man..drywall dust..you had to make me go and feel really bad for you. It is like christmas tree needles..you never see the last one.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 02:00 Permalink

I know, it is hell to breath, it is like you have concrete in your nose.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 02:02 Permalink

Just think of the health hazzards.lol. Been there...done that...never wanna again.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 02:04 Permalink

oh, I should have it all cleaned up here shortly. It just gets in the cracks of every thing.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 02:28 Permalink

And on top of everything, in your register vents,, you name it. Anyway good luck.

Tue, 08/26/2008 - 19:47 Permalink

Yep, but I find that when I do stuff like this the house ends up being cleaner in the end.

Mon, 09/01/2008 - 13:49 Permalink

I was reading this post and it is almost like credit repair. Everytime you think you have everything cleared another pops up and you got to go through it again.

Tue, 09/02/2008 - 01:26 Permalink

That is why it is best to stay on top of your credit and all the laws as they change that have to do with credit. Like right now, the mortgage industry is changing rapidly.

Tue, 09/02/2008 - 03:02 Permalink

I see that with the mortgage industry...it seems very instable. I am glad we got our Home equity when we did. We didn't go with a mortgage becasue the rates were higher and the fees were higher too.

Tue, 09/02/2008 - 22:11 Permalink

You are probably better off that way, we don't have a home equity either, however mortgage companies will sell accounts to others and you end up dealing with a company that you do not know. Ours sold all their mortgages to a bigger company, they have had our acccount for about 2 years now and seem pretty descent. At least so far.

Wed, 09/03/2008 - 03:08 Permalink

I had this happen when I had my loan through a mortgage company. I ended up almost losing my home over it when we first got it. Wuth in a few months of purchaisng it they sold to another company but did not list us as making any payments. One day there was a knock at the door and we were being served papers to get out. I had all my cancelled checks (that is when they sent them back to you) and showed the people and he said he couldn't help me I had to contact the company...what a mess.

Thu, 09/04/2008 - 01:24 Permalink

Are you serious, I bet you were really worried about that huh, I would have been pissed about that, especially since you were making the payments. Did they even try to call you?

Thu, 09/04/2008 - 01:26 Permalink

No they never tried to call or it would have never gotten that far. And yes I was very pissed and worried. $415 times 5 months...where was I recoming up with it. Anyway I had to send them all teh copies of my checks, they wanted the originals and I told them I didn't fall off any turnip wagon. They figured out that the past mortgage company had recieved all the payments and not forwarded them on. Seems they were selling the company as they processed my loan.

Thu, 09/04/2008 - 01:47 Permalink

thank you for the information, I am sure someone will find it useful, I did.

Thu, 09/04/2008 - 03:11 Permalink

Hopefully no one has to go through it. It isn't the most pleasant things to deal with.

Thu, 09/04/2008 - 11:15 Permalink

I bet it was scary, but having the proof that you paid it was good, how many payments was they saying that you owed.

Thu, 09/04/2008 - 23:35 Permalink

Five months worth. That is why I couldn't figure out why they never called. I mean never one payment made and five months late to boot. I transferred evrything to a regular bank and it isn't even a mortgage anymore. Everything including what we owed on the home was combined into the home equity.

Fri, 09/05/2008 - 00:00 Permalink

That is the best way to do it, we have our mortgage and our taxes and insurances all in one.

Fri, 09/05/2008 - 01:37 Permalink

I would not do it any other way goodnatured, then everything is taken care of in one payment. The only thing is that you have to visit it every now and then to see if there are any increases or not.

Sun, 09/07/2008 - 13:17 Permalink

My bank for some reason does not do this. I inquired about it when we took out the loan.

Sun, 09/07/2008 - 14:43 Permalink

You would think that they would be able to anytime you wanted it, even if they charged you for it.

Mon, 09/22/2008 - 03:08 Permalink

Nope I asked thinking it would be better than coming up with the money last minute. You know how you can set aside money for these purposes and boom something happens and it is gone. I had really high hopes when transferring to a home equity that I would be able to use an option like this. Come to think of it maybe that is the exact reason why it isn't offered..our loan ois a home equity and not a mortgage. Think that has something to do with it? You think still they would have included this options for the people who did not carry regular mortgages.

Tue, 09/23/2008 - 18:57 Permalink

I don't know I still think that if you are a customer and you have a checking or savings along with a major loan or other major account with them they should make this available to you.

Wed, 10/08/2008 - 02:14 Permalink

Thats what I feel to. So far I still haven't got them paid. I have until Dec. 13 so hopefully I can figure everything out before then.

Wed, 10/08/2008 - 20:32 Permalink

Yes I will deal with it then. I am trying to save at least some of it so I don't have to pull the whole big amou nt from the tiny savings we do have.

Mon, 10/13/2008 - 00:58 Permalink

got ya, sometimes I will only have one coupon to use, but hey better money in my pocket then in the register?

Mon, 10/13/2008 - 01:54 Permalink

Yep. I have had a rebate of $10 plus a coupon and still haven't went down because I know they will get more than the $20 worth of "paper" in my pocket...meaning coupons...

Tue, 10/14/2008 - 21:50 Permalink

'Buy one, get one free' stuff is pretty good, too. Depending on what they are and what ya need, I suppose.

Mon, 10/27/2008 - 20:49 Permalink

Coupons are an excellent way to save money but I noticed they just aren't putting as many out there anymore and not on those everyday items...usually it is for some newer product or a really expensive brand. Like take for instance Dawn . It will have a .25 cent coupon and if doubled will be >50 cents but even after taking off that amount you can buy a cheaper brand that works just as well. I really like the Sam's choice brand. The price is great and it really works.

Mon, 10/27/2008 - 22:20 Permalink

I have never used it, I usually buy a few when I have the coupons, I get them weekly fireyone, they are in the sunday papers.

Sun, 11/09/2008 - 02:14 Permalink

I never seem to be in town on a Sunday. Thats usually one of the only days my hubby has off from work and we don't like to spend it on the road. I tried getting the paper delivered out here but they wouldn't do it. The last stop on the guys route is one mile from here and when they asked him if he would mind going one extra mile he turned it down. Sad part is there was a few people wanting to get this paper and he still said no. Wonder what his employer thinks of him?

Sun, 11/09/2008 - 12:29 Permalink

Could you get just the sunday paper mailed to you? You may get it a few days late but you would still get the coupons. Also, you can go on the websites and request coupons, like kraft.com or any other brand name and get the coupons that you want.

Sun, 11/09/2008 - 15:59 Permalink

No I tried all they offer is on-line veiwing. The one paper they will mail is the spirit in a near by town and its not worht the money. They dont even have decent coupons. I have been shopping every two months at Sam's club. This has saved us quite a bit on everydsay items such as washing powder, fabric softner, condiments and such. It is kind of like buying two and getting one free. One example is dish soap. you can get a three pack of Dawn which usually sells for $3.50 for under $6.00. I don;t like store brands. I found I use so much more than if I just bought the better brand. Same goes for washing powder. My hubby works in the mines so I usually use tide. When he thrown his clothes in the hamper (no matter how many times I tell him) the coal dirt goes over the good clothes. I can buy 180 load of Tide for $15.00. Thats enough for months of washing plus way cheaper to buy this way.

I would definitely recommend HACKWEST@WRITEME.COM / +1 (424) 307 2638 and their wonderful team! I would like to thank them so much for being so incredibly patient with someone as difficult as myself. I have learned so much about how to navigate my credit, what I need to do to keep my credit score moving up and what I SHOULD NOT BE DOING! After removing some repossession, student loan and medical bills, my score moved from low 350 to 700 within 15 days. The team is absolutely wonderful and I truly sincerely mean the whole team! They recommended the right tools for me to use to keep monitoring my credit and when I would see my score down even one point they were always on it. If you want your credit worked on right and done right the first time without the "miss" information.
I truly appreciate all their hard works and because of there persistent and hard work, I was able to purchase my very own home. Thank you HACK WEST!

Hello guys, when you want to upgrade your credit score or have an element removed from your credit report online I suggest you contact XAP CREDIT SOLUTION. Back in 2018 I had a major setback, if you think your credit was bad mine was terrible. I also had evictions that made getting an apartment difficult. My wife has a condition and I needed a loan but I couldn’t, she got seriously ill, my family needed serious help. So i was asking questions on how to steady raise my credit scores, the answers i got did not look like what could get my credit score up in near time. I got notification from a forum and lot of testimonies about a group of ethical hackers called XAP. Via their mail XAPCREDITSOLUTION@GMAIL.COM I contacted them. In 9 days they deleted all the negatives and repos. Thanks to them my score kept increasing until it got to 780. You can text them via (972) 597 9704. I sincerely recommend them. If you are serious with them they will be serious with you. Your testimony is sure…

My surgery loan just got approved and that’s why I’m testifying. Last month I was reading an article on Trulia and I came across a comment about a credit fixer called Xap credit solution and how they helped people get their lives back. I was actually trying to get help last month in other to fix my credit. My credit was in the 400s, I had negatives. I had applied for a surgery loan but couldn’t get an approval. However, I contacted Xap and we reached an agreement. I was really serious about it. And in 10 days my credit was good again, he removed bankruptcy, verified the changes with 3 credit bureaus. I’m in the 700s and I have some positives right now, I never knew that life could turn out this way for me. I am a living proof that they are truly good at what they do. You could email them ( xapcreditsolution AT gmail DOT com). It’s my little way of showing gratitude.

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home, I own a small business that just took off this year and my husband has a fixed income.
We both wanted to get a home so desperately but got denied twice because of our poor credit score and bad credit history.
My uncle who is a loan officer introduced me to this great hacker (PROHACK NETWORK). He deleted all the negative items, raised our scores, my from 501 to 809 and my husband’s from 387 to 788 in 2 weeks and up till date we still have our scores within 700 - 800.
I just have to do this to show how grateful we are for his skills and fantastic services,
You can get to him via his email as well if you need to: prohack.net@aol.com or cell (252) 307-3167
