Our credit has been damaged by a co, called: FIA CSNA We don't even have one of there cards, or do business with them. Any suggestions? Thank You

Hi Jorgeyee,

Welcome to this community :)

FIA CSNA is the card services of Bank of America and National Association together. So, you can try to remember whether or not you really had an account with these companies. However, you can send a debt validation letter (DV) to the company. With a DV, you come to know if you really owe the debt, to whom and the due amount.

You can also dispute this item with the credit bureaus.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Aaron
