I got a pay day loan from Interim Cash Ltd, and they refuse to give me a mailing address to pay loan. They call my home and my job over 10 time a day every day.

i would like to know is my loan has been approved.

If I send a debt validation letter will it restart the time the debt can be reported on my credit report?

payday loans are killing me. I have easily paid these things off and am getting enormous amounts debited from my accounts that collection agencies are getting now for these things now. My bank just keeps reversing them - what should I do?

Is it possible for a co-signer for a student loan to transfer his/her
liability to someone else while the loan is still designated as deferred?

I live in a house that is owned by a lender who owns his own lending business. he is a drug addict (cocaine, marijuana, psychedelics, etc) who is not only highly irresponsible - he has highly inconvienced me by telling me I have to move out (discriminating me because of my disability).

I feel it is my obligation to report him to any lending boards , etc because of the hassles I am going through and the legal stated fact that he abuses drugs as a lending company. I am out to let everyone know about this irresponsible individual because he has put my life under much stress.
