Tips and Strategies for Keeping a Budget
Some people are more computer savvy than others and are able to set up spreadsheets on their computers. Those of us who are not so computer savvy, a notebook of some kind should work just as well. The point is to create a method of keeping track of the monthly bills and monthly spending of the income versus expenses.

Hello, EVERYONE!!! Haven't been on in a few days! Yep...you're correct about this. I've tried to do a budget, a few times. It does difficult, at times,...especially if you're trying to play 'catch up' with bills, because something unexpected came up the month before.But...I DO do this. i have so much money go into a savings account from my 'civilian' job (a few times, I DID have to use it). And..I have a 'Thrift Savings account through the Military (only paid once a month from this, however.) Also...putting 'extra' change in a coffee can, a jar, etc. can help with 'rainy days'. Thanx for the tips.
