I received a call from a collection agency about a debt is supposedly owe. They said they sent me a notice in the mail last month to my home address but I never received it. Does that mean I am pass my 30 day period even though I never received it? I just spoke to them on the phone and told them I needed more information than what they were giving me on the phone. Please help, they've been calling my work non-stop.
