Do old credit cards ever go off your report?

I opened (and closed) a bunch of credit cards while I was in college. There are no negative reports from any of them, but they're still lingering on my report.

For example, I opened an account in 2004, never used it once, then closed it in 2006. Current status on my credit report is "Too new to rate". Will that likely be there for the rest of my life? Others opened in similar time frames that I used for a year or so and closed just say "Pays as Agreed".

I know negative information has time limits, but does anyone know if these cards will ever go away since they're not negative? This is more for curiosity, I suppose. I just checked my credit score, and it's 808, so these must not be bothering anything.

it depends how long and how many more credit cards you've had since. if you've had one credit card in 5years your credit report will be judged on that.
