Sorry if this has already been addressed but I wasn't able to locate a similar situation. What are my options for negotiating a settlement for accounts that are NOT delinquent? I have some high balances and would like to offer a payment plan or one time payment for settlement. Also, will creditors likely report this negatively on my credit report?

As long as the account is not delinquent they cannot report any negative information.
