hey everyone !
Does anybody knows the address for Bank Of America where they check peoples credit so i can dispute an inquiry placed on my credit file directly with them ?

I might suggest you dispute the inquiry with the credit bureau that reflects your inquiry. You can go on line to each bureau to get an address. You want to supply the bureau with your name, address, telephone #, date of birth and social security number. This is how they identify you. You want to give them the name of the creditor and the date of the inquiry as it appears on your credit report. Also indicate it is an inquiry. Once the bureau receives your information they have 5 days to contact the creditor. The creditor in turn has 30 days to get back with the bureau. Once the bureau receives a response from the creditor, the bureau will either send you an updated credit report or a resolution letter through the mail.
