please ive already ran every single check online that can be done and nothing comes up thanks for the help.

some collection agencies or other companies that may call your home can put any phone number to reflect on your caller id. The reason is that if you, the consumer, gets used to seeing the same number on your caller id you automatically know it's a solicitor or collection company calling- however if they keep changing the caller id number chances are you may pick up and it gives them an opportunity to speak to you. I checked the first two numbers on a non-pub database and it came back as no record found.
