I too am caught in the payday trap. I live in WI, which I know is very loose on pdls. All of these loans are store front, are they all legal? Easy to work with? Check n Go, Check into Cash, PLS Loan Store, Ez Money, National City, The Cash Store, Advance America, American Cash 2 Go, NorthStar Loans and National Quick Cash. Most of these I have already paid the principal off.
Yeah...all the above mentioned lenders are licensed in your state. You owe them both the principal and interest. If it seems difficult for you to pay off the full balance, then try to negotiate with your licensed lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.
You can even seek help of a debt consolidation company as the consultant might help you negotiate a better deal with lower interest rates and revised monthly payments.
