Internet pdlenders are legal as long as licensed

I am from RI and internet payday lenders are legal as long as they are licensed in some state. I've tried looking but don't know if these are licensed anywhere EastSide Lenders, CMG and VIP cash.

All the above mentioned 3 lenders are illegal in your state. You are required to pay them nothing more than the borrowed amount. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

Before paying for registration amount & loan fee amount I want tto make sure it is genuine or not as I am taking credit from outside to get this loan amount from PDL. (Pacific Dove Lenders)
