I have a few on line loans and would like to know if they are legal for the state of Michigan. Based on the interest payment I am pretty sure about two of them: My cash now, National Pay Day, What about installment loans, Plain green loans, Great plains lending. Are these considered payday loans too and if so, are they illegal in my state?

Yeah...all the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance, nothing more than that. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one.

Can I go back to Plain Greens LLC and get my interest payments refunded to me? I live in Michigan but I've been reading that they are illegal here and I should have only paid the principle
Plain Hreen Loans
I thought my bank continued to pay my loan but the didmt moone contacted us until now it went from 1000 -2000 and i lmow they got paid at least 500 of it. Now they are threatning to send the summons for court here in Lansing Michigan and send a copy to my employer which i am fully disabled. What do i do i taljex to them and rhey refused to let me pay back whay i can and he even hung up the phone.on me. What do I do? What will happen to me?
