Hi slim,

You should check your credit report, to find out if the debt accounts (for which you received collection calls) are included on your credit report. It is likely that along with the debt accounts, the names and addresses of the collection agencies (CA) will also be mentioned. I would suggest that you send a "Debt Validation Letter" to the CAs. In case you do not receive any reply from the CAs, you can dispute the matter directly with the credit bureaus.

The credit bureaus will investigate and if they are unable to verify the accounts as yours, they will remove it from your credit report. You will find a sample "Debt Validation Letter" and "Dispute Letter" in the Letters of Credit section. Remember to send both the letters via certified mail, with a return receipt requested.

Subject: Removing medical collections is hard!

Removing lates can be a big pain! So can medical collections! I have sent lots of letters to the credit bureaus, the collectors, credit card companies, etc. Eventually I just hired a reputable non-profit based on a friends reference. RemoveMyCreditInquiries.ORG was their website. They removed hard inquiries, 30 day lates, 60 day lates and 90 day lates. I am not sure if they do anything else. They charged me only $15 as well.

Where have you come across this information? I mean is this reflecting on your credit report or is some collection agency calling you? Have you asked for debt validation? If not, then send them a debt validation letter.

You can find a sample letter here that you can use.

If they cannot validate your debt, then you may dispute them with your OC or the credit bureaus and this should get them removed.

Subject: Medical Bills & Fire Dept Bills

I have 5 Collection accounts from medical bills and the fire dept. I have had Medi-cal since 2003 with no share of cost. I should not have any financial responsibility for these bills. I have sent them my Medi-cal information with no results. These balances should be written off. What can I do?

I went through a divorce and with 18 collections account totaling $150k due to 2008 recession period and it hit me real hard (like many of us), this caused my credit scores to drop drastically. I have been looking for help on how to fix my scores and clear my debts but the methods are too slow until recently that i saw a referral by a lady named Sarah Walker on a credit forum about a credit repair hacker she contacted to fix hers. Well i took a bold step by contacting him and paid him a little fee to get started. Surprisingly in 5 days my FICO score rocket up to 807 from 509 and I have just been approved for a heloc/second home by my bank after multiple rejections. He swept my credit report clean and cleared some debts, now i am debt free and back on my feet. I am very lucky i found that post by Sarah and for everyone out there facing credit challenges you can reach him and make sure of the referral as he is always picky, here is his contact info below.

Many of us have been through it: because of mismanagement of our own finances, some family misfortune, or a combination of both we end up in a poor credit situation where there truly seems to be no way out. That’s where my wife and I were. I was in the process of trying to repair my credit rating, making some progress but very slowly. So i felt i had no other choice left than to find a hacker to help us and i did. His email was posted on a credit assistance page online. And me and my wife boldly took the step to email him and that was the end. Our credit scores increased enormously and our debts and student loans gone. I decided i was going to share this. Reach him at globalview (dot)hacker (at) gmail dot com.

I just want to show my appreciation to HACKINVADE (HACKINVADE@GMAIL.COM, 206-946-9152) as promised for helping me fix my credit report. I had an eviction, judgement and quite a number of other negative items on my report with a low 564 credit score. These prevented me from getting a mortgage until I contacted him. After he finished working on my report in no time, my credit score increased to 780, all the negative items on my report were deleted permanently and he added good stuffs (Mortgage tradelines, Installment tradelines, Revolving credit cards and Auto tradelines) on my report, I got the mortgage and I’m very happy. You can contact him for similar help because he is reliable and efficient in his job.

Is online dating a total waste

I've just lately begun. Researching popular internet dating sites. Not seeing as I need a date. not at all! I have to have a date. I'm up to my ears in hot lady battle.

n't any, This principals are for you, For everybody. It's a testament to my generosity of spirit I waded through these interweb love sewers in order to impart some sort of wisdom. Here's the intelligence: paid dating sites are terrible.

both, If I was at prison, An Alaskan crab fisherman or a dangerously obese shut in so humongous I had to wash myself with a ShamWow stapled to a broom handle, i saw the value in such sites. But I'm not singled out, Nor limited to a forklift.

I don't need a middleman brokering a get together between risks of bydureon woman of my dreams and my own abilities to self sabotage and humiliate myself. I can do this without an the broker. you see, the Frisky: have to go online to get a date?

This might or is probably a totally uninformed opinion. The extent of my research began and ended with me registering for OK Cupid, And neglecting to finish my profile.

I did not even bring myself to pick a pseudonym, Which just seemed like the first of many lies required to meet anyone. Do I call myself OptimusGandalf and admit from the get go that i'm an alpha nerd? Do I overshare a tad too much and pick EdgarAllanEeyore? Or do I just admit to as the snarky, ostentatious creep and go for HumbertHumbert? the type of Frisky: online dating sites dos and don'ts

I attemptedto fill out the profile, but instead, it filled me with a quiet rage. The self summary section was confusing. It pushed me into an existential credit crisis. what kind of person am I? Or even more important, Who am I in the field of who I want someone else to think I am, So they will get in touch, go out with me, subsequently kiss me?

Am I a private guy, Or an amorous, Or cynical? or maybe I'm all three. i long walks, visiting see live indie bands, And whatsoever be. I made sure to pepper all kinds of things with winking non sequiturs and casual attempts at pop profundity.

Then there was clearly the section where I define myself by the books, video lessons, And music I take heed to. My music list was a near impenetrable list of overly eclectic bands that reflect my excellent taste, punctuated by "and as well Genesis, My movies counseled me '80s flicks, international films, And bob Lynch.

by the time I got to books, And wrote "Pynchon, I was in a full fledged state of self loathing. ones Frisky: Five online dating service personals types to avoid

Let me get this on: I'm going to spend a ton of time crafting a persona that is a borderline dishonest amplification of the personality I think other people will find attractive so I can find someone who's done the same thing, And we can both go out and find that we're equally compatible idiots fakers. It's like a masquerade party in the twilight Zone: I take off my brad pitt mask just so I can reveal Sloth from "those Goonies, a person's Frisky: Downside of international dating

you may find, for sure, Many of you who have met the love of your life via online dating services. useful in quitting smoking. congratulations are in order on basically winning the lottery. I firmly believe I have a better chance of getting a girlfriend dressed like Zeus, Stopping women on the street, on top of that bellowing, "Rut with me, mortal beauty, And feel thine exciting, Fleshy mastery, Not that I want a girlfriend. I just broke up with six individual.

I can deal with the potential risks of love. The threat of heartbreak is why finding that one person who sparks your fuse so precious. But I have really, The uniform dating thing freaked hot latin women me out. It carressed a nerve, And I'm flummoxed as to the reasons.

The only conclusion I could provide you with was that, it is, We well earned them. Perhaps online dating services accurately reflect a generation of singles so entitled to instant happiness and acceptance, We flock to digital artifices that both feed and coddle our egos. Virtual surroundings where we can indiscriminately reject dishonest projections of identity, While equally well being insulated from the very rejection we dole out. A play land of false charming promises and deferred risk. A huge solipsistic waste of time.
