Who is NCO and what do they collect for? They left a message stating to contact them at 866-473-9021 regarding a business matter. No reference number or identification that they are calling for me. Just left a very matter of fact message collection is for a debt, etc…
Contact them at the above mentioned number. Tell them to give you the address so that you can send them a debt validation request letter. If they give you the valid address, then send them the above mentioned letter in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. If NCO properly validate the debt, then try to settle with them. Otherwise send them a C & D letter.
