i have a friend working in canada, the collecting agent called me since my friend use my no. when he apply, the agent told me that they've given the immigration a copy of the complaint asking my friend to be deported, they also furnish a copy to the embassy. is he gonna be deported?

This is a rare incident. Normally the collection agencies do not go to the extent of getting a debtor deported. I do not think they can deport your friend. However, it depends on the government of the other country whether they will allow any such thing to happen.
