Hi, On my recent credit report under: record of requests shared with other is a company that is a private collection service under comments is states "child support" which i have a child and married, so they lied and i don't know who they are, is there something i can do about this? thank you for any help you can provide. sincerely, jody shelley

79% of credit reports have errors on them and from you stated this certainly appears to be the situation in your case. I would recommend disputing the negative iteem yourself or hiring a reputable and professional credit repair company to assist you.

You just send a DV letter to the collection agency who has listed the child support in your credit report. If they cannot validate the debt, just send a dispute letter to the bureaus and the bureaus will get it removed from your report.
